RETAIL / DISPENSARY LICENSE

The Latest News in cannabis law

When voters decided to legalize marijuana in California in the 2016 election, it created tons of jobs and revenue overnight. That’s fantastic news, but it changes the way marijuana has been grown, bought and sold in the state. The regulations for recreational marijuana don’t yet exist, but when they do roll out, you’ll need an advocate on your side to make sure your dispensary or marijuana retail location is up to code and deemed legal by California’s standards.

Marijuana dispensaries are storefronts or other facilities that sell cannabis and cannabis products (for smoking, inhaling, eating, or drinking) for medicinal and recreational use. Dispensaries can also offer delivery services; you cannot have a marijuana delivery business unless you also have a retail license.
